How do you guarantee cargo safety?
We operate under an official contract that clearly defines the obligations of all parties and liability for the cargo. We work only with verified carriers and partners, strictly adhering to all packaging and securing requirements. Cargo insurance is available upon client request.
How is the cost of transportation calculated?
The cost depends on the route, mode of transport, cargo volume and weight, delivery timeline, and any additional services required (customs clearance, warehousing, insurance, etc.). We compare actual weight and dimensional weight, and offer several route options with different pricing and transit times to choose from.
What information is required for a preliminary cost estimate?
We need the following: type of cargo, dimensions and weight, place of origin and destination, desired delivery timeframe, packaging specifications, and any special loading/unloading conditions. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the estimate.
What types of cargo do you not accept for transportation?
We do not accept cargo that is prohibited by applicable laws or air transport regulations, nor cargo with inadequate or improper packaging. Please contact our manager to confirm the possibility of shipping specific items.
